Well, the sentiment is there…
Cats aren’t really known for their poetry, but check this out:
Pets Add Life is hosting the…

You remember PAL right? It’s the Pets Add Life program of the American Pet Products Association (APPA), the ones who produce the cute ‘talking pets’ videos to encourage pet adoption and responsible pet ownership. They hosted BlogPaws #BlogPawtyPALS Best Furry Friends pawty on Twitter last month.

A $250 gift certificate for pet products
And a “by·line” in a nationally circulated magazine!
The deadline is January 31, 2013

And if you haven’t done it yet, take the PAL Facebook Pledge

I love the Pets Add Life program (and especially the video with the cat that looks like me and believes his cat scratcher is his wife), and think this poetry contest is awesome, but we were compensated for this post, too! I try to earn my keep as best I can…  ; )

Happy New Year Everybody!

Love, Cokie

Bo Ho Ho!

I love this video of Bo, the First Dog,
inspecting The White House decorations
before the holiday tours begin.

My apartment decorations aren’t quite as elaborate.
Note to Mom: Thanksgiving’s over.
Lose the pumpkins.

90,000 White House visitors are expected this season.
Have any of you ever toured The White House??
